I am seeking some assistance in trying to locate a Raymond Walsh MM, who was a medic with 3 RAR on their second tour of duty. His service number was 39567; DOB: 14/02/1943. He was in country with 3 RAR from 15.02.71 - 13.10.71 according to the Nominal Role and received the MM during this tour. I do not know what State he enlisted from but he was not a Nasho. I would like to obtain his current address & contact details and was wondering if anyone could assist. If you cannot, could you provide me someone who may be able to help locate him. One of our RAAMC members wants to make contact. Thanking you in anticipation.

I am not sure if you can help or not but my name is Hank Valentine living in Arizona, USA. I had been in contact with a friend who was American but has been living in Australia since the end of Viet Nam. I had been in contact with him up until these last couple of months and have not been able to contact him via Email or Snail mail. I have no info on him except he was with me Phan Rang AB in Viet Nam from 67-68 with the 352 Fighter Sq. of the 35 TFW. We did have Australian B-57’s assigned to that base. The only other info I have is: Richard (Rick) Thomas, PO Box 403, Coolangatta Qld. 4225, Australia. I also have in my notes, Kingscliff NSW Australia. Not sure about how addressing is done so don’t know if Kingscliff is part of his address or not, It was just in my notes not in his address. He did mention to me that he belonged to a veterans organization in Australia but not sure which one. He told me that he was not able to get some benefits because he was a U.S. citizen when he was in Viet Nam.
If you could assist me in anyway to locate him again I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Hank Valenitne Nam 67-70
