WOW! I found this site whilst researching for a Uni assessment. It brought back memories of watching friends go of to war and the aftermath of particpating of those who returned to golden soils.

Thanks for the history of HMAS Vendetta. I guess a lot of old Navy News were read and a lot of work put into this fascinating story.
ps - I served on Vampire 1964-65, so it's interesting to read about our sister ship. |

Just want to let you know how proud I am of my cousin Phil Moore. He took a dog called Janus to the fight and I am sure they both saved a lot of our boys lives doing what they were trained to do.
